RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

CME AVENUE WEBINAR AND COURSE RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS OF WEBINARS


If you are unable to attend a webinar, you may cancel up to the scheduled time of the event and receive a full refund. When cancelling an individual webinar purchased with discounted bundle pricing, your original savings will be forfeited.

Refunds for a webinar will not be given for no shows.

As an alternative to a refund, you can substitute a registration for a future live webinar. In the rare event that a webinar is cancelled or postponed due to unanticipated circumstances, registrants will be notified immediately and given the opportunity to either transfer their registration to another webinar or obtain a refund.

Webinar Subscriptions

Unlimited Webinar Packages can be cancelled and fully refunded within 30 days of date of purchase provided that you have not registered for more than one program using the Unlimited Package. There are no refunds after the 30-day period or after more than one program registration. The Unlimited Webinar Pass cannot be cancelled once the user has attended more than one webinar.

Individual Web-Based Self-Study Courses:

If you are not satisfied with a self-study course you have purchased, we will provide a full refund if the course has not been completed and a certificate of completion has not been awarded. Requests for a refund must be made within 30 days of purchase. No CME/CEU credit will be earned for returned courses.

Web-Based Self-Study Bundles and Subscriptions:

Self-study bundles or subscriptions can be cancelled and fully refunded within 30 days of date of purchase, provided that you have not completed any courses within that subscription or bundle. No refund will be provided after this 30-day period or once a course has been completed and a certificate of completion awarded.

PDF Self-Study Courses:

For downloadable PDF courses, we will provide a full refund to you if you are not satisfied with a self-study course, provided you have not completed the course and cancel it within 30 days of purchase. Record Retention Policy:

The following documentation for each Group Internet Based and On-Demand programs shall be maintained for a period not less than 5 years:
  ·  Records of participation 
    ·  On Demand: polling logs and exception reports. We will also store your test results and attempts made while answering the polling questions.
    ·  Group Internet Based: attendance and polling reporting produced by the webinar platform – “ All records are stored in our Webinar Cloud and our company hardware”
    ·  Dates and locations of program offerings – “ All records are stored in our Cloud and our company hardware ”
    ·  Author/instructor, author/developer and reviewer names and credentials– “ Stored in our cloud and company hardware. This info will be publicly available as well.”
    ·  Number of CME/CEU credits earned by participants – “ Stored in our cloud and company hardware ”
    ·  Results of program evaluations – “ Stored in our cloud and company hardware ”
    ·  Program descriptive materials, including course announcement information, program agenda and handouts, and speaker notes if applicable. “ Stored in our cloud and company hardware. This info will be publicly available as well.”

Refund Policy:

The refund policy for custom training events (Group Internet Based) is outlined in the purchase process, customers agree to our T&C policy before making the purchase. Generally, cancellations and requests for refunds must be communicated in writing to cme@cmeavenue.com in 1 or more business days in advance of the event to not incur speaking fees. 

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. Cancelling attendance 24 hours before the event.
  2. Not satisfied with our event/recording: If customers are not happy with our event, we will gladly issue a refund. All we ask is detailed feedback. We know we are not perfect.
  3. If your situation does not fall in the above two options, email us at "cme@cmeavenue.com" or contact us via the chat bot on our website to further discuss the situation.


Note: All Ethics courses are FREE in CME Avenue

All sales are final for Group Internet Based webinars offered via the Cmeavenue.com platform. Refunds will not be issued if attendees fail to attend or do not complete the required attendance checks necessary to earn CME/CEU credits. However, a registered attendee may cancel their enrollment prior to the start of a training event and those unused credits can be applied to any future CME/CEU Avenue training event hosted on the platform.

All sales are final unless noted in the promotional materials of said event.

Program Cancellation Policy:

If Asterid Group Inc (dba CME Avenue) needs to cancel or reschedule, we will contact the client by email immediately and provide an opportunity to reschedule. Full refunds will be provided to registered course participants if the course is canceled or if participants are unable to attend the rescheduled event.

Complaint Resolution Policy:

Asterid Group Inc (dba CME Avenue) will make every effort to provide the best training courses possible. If a participant is not completely satisfied with the training course and wish to file a complaint, please contact Debashish Kundu at dkundu@asteridgroup.com anytime. Debashish personally respond to all questions in 7 business days. 

Course Update Policy:

In accordance with Standard No. 4, course materials will contain the most recent publication, revision, or review date. Courses will be revised as soon as feasible following changes to relative codes, laws, rulings, decisions, interpretations, etc. All learning content will be developed by individuals having expertise in the subject matter. Courses in subjects that undergo frequent changes will be reviewed by a subject matter expert at least once a year. Other courses will be reviewed every year.
